These sausage balls are so easy to fix.....even I can do it!
In a bowl add 3 cups of Bisquick and 3 cups finely shreaded cheese (we use the Mexican 4 cheese found at Walmart). Then add 1 pound of uncooked sausage.....make sure it is room temperature!!!!!
Hand mix all the ingredients. Make balls a little larger than a quarter and place on a cookie sheet to freeze. Once frozen you can put all the sausage balls (about 40/recipie) in a gallon ziplock bag. When you are ready to cook these, place on a piece of foil paper (sprayed with Pam) in the oven. Cook frozen balls at 350 degrees for about 12-15 minutes.
