Barbie called me at work and said she had a surprise for tonight....but wouldn't tell me anything more. When I got home I could smell the aroma as soon as I got out of my truck. When I walked in, I said "What is that?"....her answer, "It's called SUPPER! Some people eat it every night at home!". It was a far cry from the normal grilled chicken, green beans and rice or the meat casserole. Don't get me wrong....those are GREAT, but this thing she called "SUPPER" was delicious! I had to add it to the Clayton Recipie Blog....just so it would never be lost! She topped it off with a fresh salad....out of a box from Walmart. It was just a mix of different types of lettuce and spinach but what MADE THE SALAD unique was the salad dressing! It was "Newman's Own Light Raspberry and Walnut" dressing. This smells so good that you can spend a whole evening just smelling it from the bottle! Actually later I found out that this thing called "SUPPER" was actually Mexican Cornbread Casserole.
